Engagement Letters
The first step in preparing your tax return is signing the engagement letter. This document implies your intent to have our firm prepare your tax return, as well as the terms of our agreement. Once received, this begins the process of preparing your tax return.
- You will need a separate engagement letter for each return that is completed.
- When returning the engagement letter to us, please let us know whether you prefer an electronic or physical copy of your organizer. If we have an email address on file and you do not indicate otherwise, we will assume an electronic organizer.
You can submit the engagement letter in one of the following ways:
- Print, sign and email the engagement letter back to us.
- Print, sign and return a physical copy of the engagement letter back to us via US mail or dropping it off at our office.
- Request to sign the engagement letter electronically. We will send you a link to our new e-signature platform.
